Hello scouts fam! I have a question. I purchased 2 toppers for our slides from the Lippert store. I've got them installed but one of them failed during installation, trough no fault of my own, but rather poor materials. It was a fix I've decided to do on my own due to a trip the next weekend. I did contact support and explained the situation. They asked me to submit photos. I've recieved an email not too long ago telling me to go pound sand. All I've asked was for a future use discount code since I've save Lippert money from sending a mobile tech. Have I asked too much? Thanks
