We don’t often hear about great service but Lippert proved it. During a camping trip in August my 5th wheel took a lightning strike knocking out the leveling system (among other things) A call to tech support while at the campsite it was determined the controller was damaged. Tech advised I should still be able to connect and disconnect the camper when I was ready to leave. Filled insurance claim and ordered a new controller. I installed the controller but things still didn’t work, another call to tech support. It was then determined the new controller was not compatible with my touch screen. Lippert sent a new touch screen at no charge. Today the screen came in and after another call to tech support everything is working again. Lippert tech support went out of their way to get things working again. Lippert one control support could not be any better. Very happy customer here.
