Replacing the cushions in my jackknife sofa was one of my projects this summer. I replaced the standard foam with the Dacron wrapped Lux foam from Foam Factory. You go to the website, put in the measurements, pick your foam and order. Took less than a week to receive. The three base cushions cost about $120. Huge difference in comfort. Much more supportive.
