I would like to ask a favor of you all. If you have already gotten food from the regular food line could you please not use the gluten-free line also, I have Celiac Which is an autoimmune disease diagnosed 5 years ago, any form of cross contamination can make me very sick. Last night I witnessed someone drop some chips on the condiments another spoon the salsa on their plate another take the meat and mix it on there plate. Now I don’t fault anyone you just don’t know. luckily I had already grabbed a plate. I don’t have a choice on meals very often, especially in big events. Jessica, Jenna, Nicole, have been extremely helpful on discussing this with the catering company as they did last year and I am so very thankful for that, the chef is going out of his way to prepare gluten-free meals which have been great and they always explain to me what’s in the meal 👍. I am more than willing to discuss with anyone about Celiac if your interested. Thank you for understanding Mike
