Every now and again, the way our property is set up. I get to say goodbye to our guests from the shop. Then sprint to the back side of the shop while they make their way onto the highway. Not only do I get to wave “Good Journey”. It allows me, as a tech, a second look of the tow vehicle, the hitching, and just that everything is as it should be “at speed”. It started as a fun thing to enhance the experience. Then I realized I secretly get one final check. If I notice anything, it’s easy to get their number and call them back in for an adjustment. I truly enjoy the smiles we get to put on all of our family and friends faces!!! #LippertLove #LippertScouts
