Lippert assistance please. We ordered a Curt receiver hitch (2” shank, 4” drop, 75,000 lbs.) $67.95 on 2/24/2023. We got a message the same day that the item would be delayed 5-7 business days before shipping. On 3/1/2023 we received a UPS delivery from Lippert. This shipment contained 5 Curt Ball and Pintle hitch (2”-5/16”, 16,000 lbs. Ball Capacity) $141.95 each for a total of $709.95. On 3/2/2023 we contacted Lippert about the mix up. Our original order still has not shipped. The order we received has my name, but the incorrect order number on the shipping label. I was given case number 3757828. We were told our Oder was due in on that day and hopefully ship out soon. I was asked to reply to the case number email with pictures of what we received. I did this on 3/2/2023. We were told we would receive a return shipping label for the incorrect order we received. I emailed Lippert again late on 3/7/2023 that we still have not received a return shipping label and ask about our original order that still has not shipped. Today is 3/9/2023 and we still have not heard anything from Lippert about what to do with the incorrect order we received or when we might receive our original order. The incorrect order is very heavy and taking up space in our hallway while we await directions on returning. What is going on Lipper/Curt?
