So I am putting the jack-it together and I was missing 2 pads for the bike wings. This was probably my fault because the box was sitting in the garage for about 2 years. Didn’t fit on our other trailer. So I called Lippert but they cannot get the parts. They suggested I reach out to Let’s Go Aero. I called them and they said they only carry universal parts not parts specific to the Jack-it. He measured the pads he had and they will work. They are sending a pair out to me now. So this is just a heads up if you need parts for the Jack-it.
