I recently received an email to stop using my Curt ActiveLink Ultra 4 Bike Rack for safety reasons that was being investigated. A new Curt Extendable Hitch Mount Bike Rack was sent as a replacement. The new bike rack came a few days later as pictured. I had to assemble the bike rack with easy to read instructions and they also provided the tools to tighten all the bolts. This bike rack was more conventional with the bikes sitting on top of the arms. The arms for the bikes were for 2 or 4 bikes just by adding the extra arms and bolting them on. The rubber mounts were easy to adjust for different size bike handlebars so they don’t rub other bikes on the rack. The bikes securely fastened to the bike rack. This bike rack could easily mount on a vehicle with a 2” or 1&1/4” with the spacer provided. Overall I give this rack a 4&3/4 stars out of 5. It’s easy to mount and bolts on, when not in use on the vehicle the arms fold down, and when not needed it can be easily removed and stored
