Solera awning failed to automatically dump rainwater. Lippert says this is not a feature of their awning. I have Lipperts own video with their representative discussing how this awning will auto dump with five pounds of pressure. They ignored their own video and basically called me a liar. Worst customer care ever. Considering and have been encouraged to file a class-action lawsuit. Anyone else have this problem?
